Here is a fun idea to do with the kiddos when you’re out of things to do! If they love the movie Despicable Me and all the little minions, try these bracelets. Really all you need is plain paper and some markers so it’s a VERY cheap and frugal kid’s craft! I did this with a little 5 year old boy so don’t think these bracelets are JUST for the little girls! He wore it the whole day proudly. As you can see in the picture, we also made a Despicable Me ring to match! Have fun!
Materials Needed:
-White and black sheet of paper
-Yellow, black, and blue markers
-Tape
-Glue stick
The first step is to draw a minion on a plain white sheet of paper. It could have two eyes or one; a smile, frown, or whatever else you want the minion’s mouth to have. Draw the glasses, and the blue pants. Cut it out.
Cut a strip of white plain paper and color it yellow. The length all depends on how big the child’s wrist is. Then glue the minions body to one end of it.
Take black paper and cut slits through it to make the hair but don’t go all the way to the bottom (it’s easier to glue that way)
Put it around the child’s wrist and tape it closed so it can come off easy later!
