Spaghetti Squash w/ Shrimp & Scallops Recipe

If you like spaghetti squash and seafood, try this shrimp and scallops recipe! Made by Cece Meg


  • Spaghetti Squash
  • Olive Oil
  • Kosher Salt
  • Pepper
  • Scallops
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Shrimp
  • Scallops
  • Marinara


1. Cut the spaghetti squash in half, remove the seeds, drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle kosher salt & freshly grated pepper

2. Bake at 475 degrees for 45 minutes

3. 20 minutes into the spaghetti squash cook time, sautée the scallops with 2 tbsp of olive oil and 4 cloves of garlic & a dash of kosher salt.

4. 5 minutes into cooking the scallops, prep the shrimp by drizzling olive oil & dressing with fresh dill, a dash of kosher salt & freshly grated pepper.

5. Bake the shrimp in the oven for 12 minutes at 475 degrees.

6. Shred the spaghetti squash and plate it!

Marinara is optional!
