Mmm! This is my favorite side to make for dinner! 4 Cheese and herb baked potato wedges 🙂 There are so many ways to make them delicious but this is my favorite way. I know some people put paprika, cayenne pepper, balsamic vinegar, etc on their potato wedges so it’s up to you how you make these!
Ingredients:
- Russet PotatoesÂ
- 1/4 cup Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Shredded Cheese (I get the 4-cheese bags)
- Fresh Herbs, to taste (parsley or rosemary)
- Garlic, Minced (optional)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
- Wash potatoes with a scrubber.
- Cut potatoes into wedges.
- Toss with oil, salt, garlic, pepper, and whatever other seasonings you’d like.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Shake them around in the pan.
- Bake for about 15-20 more minutes.
- Add the cheese and let melt. Add more seasoning if necessary.
- Sprinkle the wedges with herbs.
- Serve and Enjoy!
