Four Cheese & Herb Baked Potato Wedges Recipe

4 cheese herb baked potato wedges
Mmm! This is my favorite side to make for dinner! 4 Cheese and herb baked potato wedges 🙂 There are so many ways to make them delicious but this is my favorite way. I know some people put paprika, cayenne pepper, balsamic vinegar, etc on their potato wedges so it’s up to you how you make these!

Ingredients:

  • Russet Potatoes 
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Shredded Cheese (I get the 4-cheese bags)
  • Fresh Herbs, to taste (parsley or rosemary)
  • Garlic, Minced (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
  2. Wash potatoes with a scrubber.
  3. Cut potatoes into wedges.
  4. Toss with oil, salt, garlic, pepper, and whatever other seasonings you’d like.
  5. Bake for 15 minutes.
  6. Shake them around in the pan.
  7. Bake for about 15-20 more minutes.
  8. Add the cheese and let melt. Add more seasoning if necessary.
  9. Sprinkle the wedges with herbs.
  10. Serve and Enjoy!
